  • The 20/20/20 formula: calls for 20 minutes of exercise, 20 minutes of reflection (journaling, meditating, or quiet contemplation), and 20 minutes devoted to growth (reading, reviewing your goals, or studying a topic of interest). The three components of this hour prime your body and mind for a productive day. 

  • The 90/90/1 Rule (90 Days, 90 Minutes, 1 Goal): introduced by Robin Sharma, recommends allocating 90 minutes every day for the next 90 days to work on the top goal that we want to achieve. This template helps you identify that goal and track your progress over the 90 day period. 

  • The 60/10 Method: After running your 90/90/1 segment, use the time to work at your best for 60 minutes. Then refuel for 10 minutes by listening to music or taking a walk.  

  • The 5 great hours concept: Essentially, it means setting aside at least 5 hours a week for deliberate learning and practice to improve skills and achieve goals. By dedicating this time to personal and professional development, we not only become more productive but also feel a sense of fulfilment and accomplishment. 

  • The Second Wind Workout: Schedule a second workout at the end of your day to give you a second wind for a great evening. 

  • The 60 minute student: Schedule 60 minutes a day for your learning. It could be anything- journal, audiobook, paperback, summary. No matter the age or place. Every master thinks like a beginner.
